it was close to place where I wanted to visit

breakfast, staff behavior, bedsheets not clean, A/c leaking, room was sprayed with strong prefume that gave me a headache

Easy to check in and check out and obviously breakfast is delicious and healthy like home food

Staffs are polite and place is clean

Rooms are really nice and cozy. The breakfast was really nice and tasty. Loved the breakfast. The staff are cordial and attentive. Overall had a wonderful stay.

There was no fan, only AC

Management is worst. Coordination between management and booking.com is worst. Booking.com said they have refunded and management did not give the amount. Worst service. I would not recommend anyone

***NO HOT WATER FOR BATHING.*** Bad attitude Staff, very very unclean Rooms, Lift not Working. No Toiletries Provided, CP Breakfast is waste. Never Take Morning Coffee at this place, Water will be more Thicker than their Milk. NO HOT WATER FOR BATHING.

The staff was helpful and kind. I left some stuff while checking out. The staff called to inform me about the stuff I forgot.

The bed was dirty with visible stains. The room was also not cleaned properly. The towel provided was smelling as if it was kept wet for a very long time. The hot water was not working. It was just mildly warm initially which was also gone after a minute or so.

Disappointing

The lack of cleanliness, missing toiletries, and absence of breakfast amenities certainly detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, issues like dirty glasses and a slippery bathroom floor are concerning for guest safety and comfort. Considering these factors, I’m the rate doesn't align with the quality of service provided. It sounds like there's room for improvement in several areas for this establishment to meet guests' expectations. The stay at this property was quite disappointing.

Need to provide amenities like comb, soap,dental kit etc..Need to change the bedsheets , Blanket, Pillow covers & Towel

Clean rooms and bathroom, facilities like smart tv and wifi

A/C not working properly during my stay and staff also did not attend my complaint. Very disappointed.

Rooms were clean, bathrooms were excellent, good wifi.

Even though staff were friendly most of them only spoke in Hindi.

Location was great and closer to where I needed to go. Well sized room with needed amenities

Wi-Fi could have been better and early check-in should be accommodated unless you can't. Was charged extra? Then I was charged for breakfast for the first day of my stay and second day was given to me as complimentary but i rejected. Not sure the complimentary breakfast as marketed is true !! Drinking water could have been provided.

The hotel was clean. Since it was newly built, everything was in better shape.

The linens were not washed or in that case cleaned properly after last checkout of the guest. Treebo takes breakfast charges while booking but the quality of breakfast isnt good at all. They serve you the same breakfast everyday. We received puri bhaji daily. The housekeeping boys were quick in their service but i am sadly disappointed by the room cleaning they did.

Wasn't clean. Toilet wasn't flushed. Rooms was not clean. Served breakfast at 10.30 am that too after shouting. Food was worst tbh. And once we were about to vacate they said their cups are missing,like we stole it. Like wtf. Y we need to steal those two cups which barely cost 100 if we can spend 5k+ for the stay. Very bad staffs. Highlight of all was that there were no cups in one room only glass were there and in other room viceversa. Thb very bad experience we had there. No chai is provided during breakfast. They are expecting us to leave before food. Unfortunately we didn't. Which annoyed them.
